Rui Costa Neto

Rui Costa Neto is a researcher at IN+ (Técnico Lisboa), professor at ISEL and Universidade Lusófona, with 28 years of experience in the energy industry and academia. He is an expert in hydrogen and lithium-ion battery safety, and consultant in advanced energy storage systems. Led the development of Portugal’s first PEM fuel cell and coordinated over a dozen national and international R&D projects. Specialized in energy systems, smart grids, project management, strategic planning, and business development.
