Irina Minciuna

Irina is Team Leader at European Union DG ENER, where she contributes to the EU’s energy transition strategy. Irina develops policy and regulatory instruments that advance energy efficiency, grid integration, and decarbonization, while aligning member states under the goals of the SET Plan and Green Deal initiatives.
